Delete your Duely account

Last updated: 7 October 2026

You can delete your account whenever you like, on your own, without writing to us.

From the app

Account menu at the top left, Settings, Delete account. Confirm twice and it is done.

From the web

Sign in at app.duelyapp.it with the same email and password, then Settings, Delete account.

What is deleted

Immediately and for good: the account, your deadlines, pantry, categories, history, statistics, badges, receipts and preferences. The copies on your phone (photos, icons, Health titles) go away when you uninstall the app.

What stays

The items and lists you had put in a group stay with the other members and pass to the group's admin. Feedback you sent stays, without your name.

All the details are in the privacy policy (in Italian).
