Duely's Coming up screen, with the next few days' deadlines

How it works

One place for everything with a deadline.

  1. 01

    Duely keeps count for you

Pantry, documents, vehicles, health: everything with a deadline, in one place. You don't have to go through the pantry or your calendar every day: Duely brings your attention where it's needed.

  2. 02

    Urgency comes from categories

Each category determines how far in advance to warn you, how many days to keep reminding you after the due date, and how often. Subcategories, up to three levels, inherit the rules, and you can customize them at any level.

One alert a day, when it matters

A single “Coming up” notification, at the time you choose. Three lead-time profiles: well in advance (14 days before, 7 after), balanced (7 and 3), only when needed (3 and 1). The Coming up screen mirrors the notification exactly, and what's overdue stays there until you deal with it.

    The pantry fills itself

Snap a photo of the receipt: Duely reads the lines, recognizes the products and suggests the dates. You confirm. Or paste or dictate a list, or search the catalog.

  5. 05

    What you have at home

The pantry grouped by category, with what expires soonest at the top. Quantity is optional. “Opened” shortens the deadline, “Frozen” extends it, and the camera reads the date printed on the package, or the price: the price feeds straight into your statistics. Sort by untouched longest to find what you've forgotten or left unmanaged.

    Shopping lists, written together

Write the list at home, by voice too. Whoever goes to the supermarket finds it on their phone, ticks what they buy and, back home, moves it into the pantry with one tap. Every list is yours or the group's, like everything else.

The deadlines nobody wants to forget

Car tax, inspection, insurance, driving licence, ID card: 22 Italian templates ready to go, that regenerate themselves at every renewal. Inspection 4 + 2 + 2, licence renewal by age: Duely knows the rules.

    The last word is yours

Done, consumed, wasted, snoozed or muted: you decide, right from the row. Swipe it right and it's done, or consumed; swipe it left to snooze it or mark it wasted. A tap opens the panel with every action. Duely doesn't decide for you, and tells apart what you used from what you threw away.

Duely learns, and improves with you

Every date you correct teaches Duely how long products really last. The more people use Duely, the more accurate the estimates become, for you too.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get the beta password?

The beta is invite-only: write to us with “Request an invite” and we'll reply with the password.

Android says “unknown sources”: is that normal?

Yes: the beta installs outside the Play Store, so Android asks you to allow installation from the browser. It only happens once.

What's the difference between the app and the web version?

Same account, same data. On the web you don't get push notifications, and you're missing the live camera features (date and price) and transferring to a new device.

Can two of us do the shopping?

Yes. A shopping list can live in a group, like deadlines and the pantry: every member sees it, edits it and ticks what they buy, and the ticks reach the other phones within seconds. Back home whoever shopped imports it into the pantry; a row someone else already imported is never imported twice.

What about iPhone?

For now, use the web version in Safari: use “Add to Home Screen” to open it like an app.

Where does my data end up?

On a server in Europe. Photos and Health content stay on your device, and you can delete your account whenever you want. All the details are in the privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

Duely is free during the beta. We're evaluating a Pro version with higher limits: today the free version includes 50 receipts a month and up to 5 groups of 20 people each.

Who's behind Duely?

An independent project, built in Italy by a single developer: no investors, no ads, no data sold to anyone. When you write, the developer is the one who answers.
